Our Mission
Women in Africa's corporate world face systemic barriers. Only 25% of executive roles on the JSE are held by women. Less than 3% of African VC funding reaches women-led startups. There's a $42 billion financing gap for African women entrepreneurs. Foundher exists to change these statistics by building a female-first ecosystem that empowers women to lead, grow, and succeed.
